Cindy Pancer, EdD

Academic Chair, EdD (K-12 Education Leadership)

Dr. Pancer currently serves the students and faculty of Jones International University as an instructor, course designer, and on the doctoral program design board. She is also the principal of a K-9 virtual charter school, Connections Academy. Dr. Pancer’s career has spanned eight years of teaching public elementary school, 20 years of designing educational technology, and culminated in her current role which combines these efforts as the administrator of a technology-based public school. Dr. Pancer has also taught dozens of online graduate courses for several universities, including Alliant International University, National University, and Western Governor’s University. Most recently Dr. Pancer served on the advisory committee for BlueZones.com, in association with National Geographic, to take students on a virtual expedition to Okinawa to discover the fountain of youth.
