John Daly, PhD

Frank A. Liddell Sr. Centennial Professor of Communication and Management, The University of Texas, Austin

Dr. Daly is the Frank A. Liddell Sr. Centennial Professor of Communication and Management at The University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Daly has also worked as a visiting professor at Thammasat University in Bangkok, Thailand. He has conducted customer service and management communication programs for the Executive Office of the White House. Dr. Daly is a member of numerous professional organizations, has served on several advisory and editorial boards, and has published four books and over 80 articles and chapters. In addition, he is a past President of the National Communication Association (formerly the Speech Communication Association).
