Overview

In this course, candidates will complete three milestones: selecting their DBA Project Supervisor, completing their IRB requirements, and completing the second revision of their DBA Project proposal.

During the first two weeks of the course each candidate will to select and verify the willingness of an appropriate JIU DBA faculty member to become their DBA Project Supervisor.

Additionally, this mentoring session will give candidates the opportunity to complete a second revision of their DBA Project proposals.

Finally, in preparation for the project approval process that culminates in BA731, candidates will submit their draft proposal to their DBA Project Supervisor.

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

  • Complete the second revision of their DBA Project proposal.
  • Secure a DBA Project Supervisor and select potential DBA Project committee members.
  • Complete the IRB application process.
  • Revise the systematic schedule of DBA Project deliverable dates for their DBA Project committee.
