Overview
This self-guided course gives you the opportunity to identify a project Sponsor and work with your Sponsor on a project that requires study in the field of digital media communications. You then will complete the course project, keeping your Sponsor and instructor informed of your progress and seeking their assistance when necessary.
Please Note
This course is has three modules, but there are eight weeks' worth of project deliverables and discussions (a total of 16 assignments) expected from each student. The bulk of assignments are housed in Module 2. The final project, Assignment 8.1, is housed in Module 3.

Special Requirements
Sponsored project opportunities should be secured well in advance, sometimes two months or more before DM211 begins. For guidance in applying for an project sponsor, refer to the DM211 Digital Media Sponsored Project Workbook. Ideally, you will secure a project sponsor well before you register for DM211.
