English Language Proficiency
Applicants from countries where English is not the primary language spoken and applicants whose native language is not English must demonstrate English language proficiency by providing one of the following:
Evidence of having scored at least 550 on the paper-based TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) or at least 213 on the computer-based TOEFL.
A certificate indicating successful completion of an intermediate English as a Second Language (ESL) course.
Evidence of having successfully completed four consecutive years of secondary education or higher in which the language of instruction was English.
Evidence of having completed 12 semester hours, with at least a C (70%) average, at a post-secondary institution at which English was the language of instruction.
