MBA 541: Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship
Successful entrepreneurial ventures bring together visionary leaders, committed teams, and marketable ideas. This course examines the characteristics, knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for successful entrepreneurship. It explores how entrepreneurs select partners for involvement, develop entrepreneurial cultures, and find, screen, and evaluate ideas for new business opportunities.
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Evaluate their potentials as entrepreneurs.
- Select and develop an entrepreneurial team.
- Evaluate opportunities for new ventures.
