MBA 542: Feasibility Analysis for New Ventures
Most new businesses fail. A thorough feasibility analysis can dramatically increase their chances for success. This course is designed to help you test opportunities in a variety of settings through a variety of analytical methods. You will develop techniques for analyzing the industry, product, or service, customer and market, distribution channel, genesis team, and financial requirements.
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Recognize and formulate a business opportunity from a real-world setting.
- Define a business concept.
- Test a business concept through feasibility analysis.
- Draw conclusions concerning the conditions under which this concept would be feasible.
