Alexander Garcia

Alexander Garcia is a full-time faculty member in the School of Business on the main campus of Jones International University. In this role, Alexander is focused on instruction and achieving academic excellence for JIU’s undergraduate Business program. He is also a sitting member on the Academic Council, Curriculum Committee and Retention Task Force.

Before joining JIU, Alexander worked for a wide range of educational institutions in the secondary and post-secondary system, including community colleges, high schools and middle schools. As an instructor and advisor, Alexander was responsible for educating, building curriculum, coaching and overall student success.Alex also has a California Teaching Credential in Special Education.
