Amy Thrall serves as Senior Vice President of Administration and Human Resources for Jones International University. In this role, she is responsible for developing and implementing the talent strategy and managing the human resources function for the institution.
Amy has over 15 years of human resources executive experience launching, leading and managing human resource strategy and functions across a variety of industries including education, healthcare, manufacturing, private equity and technology. Her reputation as a "business-centric" human resources professional is backed by her operational management background, Masters in Business (MBA) and track record of career successes. She has specific expertise in designing and implementing due diligence and acquisition strategies, launching integrated strategic talent management initiatives and managing business operations with full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility. She is an active member of the executive human resources community and serves on the Board of Directors for Rocky Mountain HR People and Strategy (RMHRPS).
Amy is SPHR certified, and holds an MBA in Management from the University of Colorado and a BS in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin.
