Dr. Baugus’ business and consulting work keep him pretty busy but he does have one journal article: Frederic Bastiat: Libertarian Challenger or Political Compromiser, published in The Independent Review in 2008 as well as a number of documents of which he was author or co-author during his time with the Maryland legislature.
