Crystal Barlow has taught mathematics to both secondary and undergraduate students for seven years. Most recently, Crystal was employed with CollegeAmerica as Tutor Director. In this position, she ensured that students were able to get the help they needed in order to succeed in classes. During this time she also was the Mathematics Lead Instructor, in which she designed and taught curriculum that was mapped to students needs within their chosen program.
Prior to this, she was the lead intervention teacher at Russell Middle School (2005-2008), where she designed and implemented mathematics courses to help bring struggling students up to grade level as determined by state tests. From 2001-2003, she worked for the University Of Colorado Physics Department in cooperation with the National Institute of Standards and Technology where she assisted with research and development of super conductors.
