Dr. Richardson has been with Moline CUSD #40 in Illinois since 2008 as Assistant Superintendent for Pupil Personnel Services and Director of Special Education. Dr. Richardson is responsible for the daily operation and supervision of special education programming, health services, counseling, ADA compliance, 504 plans, student discipline and student residency.
Before this position, Dr. Richardson spent five years as a director of student services and special education administrator. She has two years of experience as an elementary principal. She taught elementary special education students for 10 years.
