Francis R. (Skip) Maffei III

Francis Maffei is currently business teaching faculty for Northcentral University, in the School of Business and Technology Management. Prior to transferring to the business teaching faculty, Dr. Maffei spent over a year  in the Northcentral University curriculum department of the School for Business and Technology Management. He also spent over five years with Colorado Technical University-Online in the School of Business, as the Program Director for Management. He has taught at the university level for over 15 years at both the masters and doctorate levels. He has reviewed 12 dissertations, encompassing various business or management related topics. Francis led the accreditation process for Colorado Technical University’s Project Management Insatiate-Global Accreditation for three online project management degree programs. 

Prior to his involvement in higher education, Dr. Maffei spent more than five years in the healthcare industry in various supply chain and operational roles.  Dr. Francis Maffei is a US Army veteran with 22 years of experience in communications and technology and has graduated from the Defense Acquisition University - Program Manager Program.

Francis has published in academic journals such as the Contemporary Issues in Education Research, American Journal of Business Education, The Journal of the Society of Educators and Scholars and has reviewed and contributed to textbooks tor for the Essentials of Business Law 8th edition.  Francis is currently a peer reviewer for Clute Institute. He has presented papers at Clute Institute and Society of Scholars and Educators conferences in the past five years.

 Dr. Francis Maffei  also served on the Supervisory Committee for Ent Federal Credit Union, as Chairman.
