G. L. August Loessberg is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma School of Fine Arts with a BFA in Filmmaking and the Gaylord College of Journalism with an MA in Creative Writing. He now resides in Oklahoma City, OK
He is an active member of the professional film community and owns and operates a film production unit. He has produced two art films entitled Amandananda and Spirits of the Lost Messengers.
He has worked on several independent features with Gray Fredrickson, co-producer of Apocalypse Now and The Godfather trilogy. Mr. Loessberg is currently a visiting professor of journalism, teaching AVID film editing and narrative film production at the University of Oklahoma.
