Jacky Swan, PhD

Dr. Swan is a Professor in Organizational Behavior at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. Her research - which has been funded by leading U.K. organizations - has focused on the role of informal networks in the management of innovation and has resulted in a number of publications, including a recent report, "Knowledge Management and the Learning Organization" for the Institute of Personnel and Development. Dr. Swan has published in a number of leading journals, including the Journal of Management Studies and Organization Studies, and was awarded the best paper prize for a paper on knowledge management at the European Conference on Information Systems. She is a founding member of the research unit at Warwick Business School.
