Ken Engelbrecht, PhD

Kenneth Engelbrecht currently is a professor and chair at Metropolitan State College of  Denver, where he teaches geography in the Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences.

In addition to teaching, Engelbrecht is a cartographic consultant for the National Council for Geographic Education. He is a board member for the Metro Program (COAMP), which provides tutoring and other incentives to encourage more minorities to pursue careers in math and science.
