Kurt Beerline, PhD

Kurt Beerline is currently a management consultant and university professor. Dr. Beerline has an extensive background in business management, education and the behavioral sciences. He has extensive experience in a variety of organizational and educational issues such as leadership development, organizational improvement, process improvement, assessment, standards, and accountability. In 2002, Kurt was awarded the City Manager’s Award for Outstanding Contribution for his project and competency based Supervisory Certification Program, and other organizational improvement efforts. He was also the recipient of the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) 2003 Local Government’s Innovator Award in Productivity Improvement for his work in the leadership development of supervisors and police lieutenants. Dr. Beerline is listed in Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers, and Who’s Who in American Education, and Who’s Who in the Midwest.
