Les Keffel

Les Keffel has been in academia for over 25 years as both faculty and as an administrator. He spent 5-1/2 years on the faculty of Colorado Technical University as a Professor in the Department of Management and 7 years as an Associate Professor at U.S. Air Force Academy in the Departments of Foreign Languages and Political Science. He has taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels in such areas as foreign language acquisition, history, political science, social science, organization behavior and development, and business and management.
 
Les has published in the The Journal of Business Education and has authored the book, Modeling Organizational Adaptation: An Empirical Assessment of the Utility of a Theoretical Model Concerning the Relation of Strategic Choice and Environmental Determinism in the Organizational Adaptation Process. He has presented at the International Conference on Industry, Engineering, and Management Systems and was honored to be the keynote speaker at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry South Thuringia, Suhl, Germany.
