Oliver Schwabe, DBA

Dr. Oliver Schwabe is owner and managing director of Eurofocus International Consultants Ltd founded 1992.

He has been working in the consulting and coaching environment since 1985. In the role of co-founder and Chief Technology Officer for the Silicon Valley-based network intelligence company Value Network LLC, Dr. Schwabe also leads the development of the patented ValueNetworks.com Application Suite, a portfolio of leading middleware applications designed to apply value networks principles and organizational network analysis techniques in industrial contexts.

Dr. Schwabe also regularly assumes the role of interim manager or project manager for small to medium size enterprises. Furthermore, he is a founding member of the Value Networks Industry Consortium, is the Fellow for Product Development for Entovation International, is featured on the Entovation Global Knowledge Leadership Map, and teaches  innovation, organizational development and system dynamics at various universities in Europe and the USA. He has earned a BSc in Human Resources Management, an MSc in Strategic Management, an MBA in International Business and a DBA in E-Business and Knowledge Management.
