Dr. Noschese has been a lead project manager in the telecommunications industry for almost twenty years.  The past five years she has been part of a Disaster Recovery Team, working on widely diverse recovery/reliability issues.  The Recovery Team works on far reaching projects like establishing network availability after Hurricane Katrina or security planning for the Democratic National Convention, as well as ensuring the day to day functionality of operational hardware and software.  She frequently coordinates emergency related training sessions for her organization (i.e., Certified Early Responders Training, High-rise Evacuation Training, CPR/AED Training).

The difficulty of managing in an ever-changing environment, such as telecom, prompted her to obtain a Masters Degree (Regis University, 1999) and Doctorate in Business Management (Colorado Technical University, 2001).  Dr. Noschese has been teaching at a college level since completing her Doctorate in 2001.  She has taught online and on-ground courses in business management, project management diversity, organizational behavior and leadership at the graduate and undergraduate levels.  She has been a presenter at online educators' conferences for the University of Hawaii (2006, 2004) and for the University of Calgary (2004).  She has been the recipient of internal and external customer service awards, including a President’s Club Achievement Award.
